It is quiet normal that your file transferred to your Visa office . they call it the 'R11' .

Hi! This is pretty normal, files are transferred depending on the work load n and sometimes if the case is complicated they transfer to local visa office n call for an interview.. Again this is very rare.

Good thing is 2019 applications are getting processed really quick in a month or two compare to the 2018 applications nothing before 3-5months.

Each case is different and this is a wait game I know not easy but hopefully you will see some thing soon. Good luck

Yeah .... thank u

Anyone please reply me

Hi Bhuvi. First off let me start off by saying that you're application moved quite swiftly through the initial process and you covered a lot of ground within 3 months. Unfortunately, being that the file has reached New Delhi VO, there is no way to predict how long the process will take now. Some have received some sort of response within 3 months, others like myself have not, some have waited as long as 7 months. The only other thing I or anyone else can tell you is to try and order GCMS Notes online. I am not sure what the link is as I have not done this myself as of yet, but there should be someone on this thread that can offer you help in that regard. I believe you will need to have it ordered through a Canadian citizen. That can be your husband. But honestly, seeing that it has only been a little over 3 months since your application has been received, there is not much anyone can say except be strong and wait it out. Respond to anything you get from CIC or NDVO as soon as possible.

I am sure you have a lot people around you that keep telling you someone or the other got their visa in a few months and what not, but each case is different. Just have patience, it wont take more than a year, if it does, it will be a month or so over, and you can finally be with your husband.

It will all work out.

Peace

I don’t know but she also applies like as me last year from india
She got the pr in 4 months
Dont compare your application with another one. each case is different. if they see your app requires a review by local VO it will be send to them. its very normal and nothing to be panicked about

Yeah ... what they will reply in gcms

Tells you where your application is at and if the officer reviewing your application made any notes.

Can i apply for visiting visa now with the file number of pr also

From what my attorney has told me in the past, it is possible. It was not financially feasible for us, but if it works out for you guys, you can definitely try going that route.
