Yes you can if you have UCI # and set it up your application that way you can able to see it two ways which is GCKEY and EACS

I have a question for those who got pre-arrival letters.

at what percentage in your application (in GCKey) account you received pre-arrival letter?

in GCKey account it shows % of application completed, so at what percentage did you receive pre-arrival letter last?

Pre-arrival come only after they finished your eligibility , The % in gckey have nothing to do with it.

Its not a pdf, its on the body of the email. Received from IRCC

Pre arrival:- Dec 12 2019

my wife file move to NDVO on oct 21 day before you and i haven't heard anything after that. on ecas it just says start processing on nov 7th thts all

I read in this forum that EE candidates were not able to access ECAS for may be more than a month or so
Are you EE candidate?
If yes, then its possible you can't access your ECAS for some reason it happened to all EE applicants.

Most people in this thread are Family Class applicants who don't have any issues with ECAS

You have any red flag in your case? Like second marriage or refusals earlier? If yes than it might take more time for them. But if not then you will definitely get in the upcoming week. Keep checking your GIC account, you will get the ghost update one day before pre arrival letter. Good luck

Does anyone have any info regarding ppr and pre arrivals. Like when do we expect from the embassy for ppr after pre arrival letter. So many people said within week of pre arrival and I saw some case here who are waiting for more than 2 months after pre arrivals.
