I am a Feb. 2021. in my last gcms notes, which was in august, i have been stuck in security not started. My criminality and info sharing are all completed. my eligibility is recommended passed and so still in progress. I have called the agents several times and i am still stuck in security not started. Anybody been in a similar position? how long did it take before you got your Eligibility and Pre-arrival letter?

I am February 2021 applicant also. I recently got my CBSA note, everything looks good, I have passed everything, but still stuck in security not started.
I really don't know what to do also.

I am guessing mine is because I have an outstanding.
Nothing from here...waiting for my gcms notes. That would definitely let me know where things are at.

How is your application? My app have been applied from Oct 2020, criminal passed, sharing information completed, eligibility passed, sill get stuck at "security: not started", any one like me, any advices? Thank you and good luck guys!
I am still at security not started. I have continued to send webforms. I have also tried to reach the MP in my province. Yesterday, I applied for another gcms notes. I also tried to get the contact centre agent to attach notes to my file that says I have passed the standard processing time, so my officer can see and action. I am hoping something gives.

I did see an outstanding in mine, so I worked on it by re sending all the documents all over and even supporting documents. Now I have my approval
There are several threads like this on the Express Entry side. It's very common, especially since the pandemic.
Officers have other things to do so, you will have to wait for the reminder the setup for your file to go off.

We are in the same boat too.. My sister sent her application in March 2021 and we are stuck at "Eligibility" not started.. For Background check it says "In progress"..
We call them and every time same story in process.. I have requested GCMS notes and waiting on that.
This wait is really killing..

Any updates from anyone , for my sister we are sitting with below updates since last year. Her Medicals were passed on Aug 30 and after that they request one PC on Oct 27 for my BIL and we provided, nothing is happening after that.
