BIOMETRIC WAS DONE IN 2022 FOR STUDY VISA.

Received biometric fee request on 23 OCT,2023.


Should I pay the fee or upload the clarification letter stating ircc's biometric exemption policy for the files submitted before 14, June 2023.

I got PPR on oct 10 , sent my passport and other documents and they were delivered on oc 15th .
I now noticed on GC KEY
oct 10th , we are reviewing the additional documents .
I didn't send anything

Congrats, I got a remedial request yesterday, it is weird because my medical is passed and has not expired, however I did the remedial, Hope it is a good sign, any idea about this?

Yes it is a good sign, most of such applicants who got asked to do their medicals again, got their approval immediately. The reasoning is eCOPR/COPR expiry is based on the IME date, some VO tend to extend IME dates by one year on their own before PR approval, and some e.g. yours ask the applicant to get a new IME.

Usually a day or worse 2-3 weeks after your IME reaches the VO but remember, scheduling your IME takes time then your IME centre usually takes 2 weeks sometimes even 2 weeks more to upload your IME results into the IRCC systems. So calculate your time based on these. Also, good luck that your VO doesn't take a vacation at the time the IME reaches him/her...

I did my medical today and asked medical centre about when the results will reach ircc, they informed me hopefully by this Tuesday, so by your suggestion, I could expect a approval or ppr this week also?

Update: Received PPR in Gc key on 1 Nov 2023. VO - RROC. Thanks for the support guys. Wishing everyone speedy COPR.

I have my COPR visible on the tracker.
FD in GC key still says "in progress" but now it shows the date Nov 7, 2023 under it. Hopefully, will receive the mail in a few days.
