I don't know for sure, but I read the success rate for appeals is 80-90%. I have ADR scheduled for Dec. 2 - success rate for ADR is only supposed to be 50%.

I did use a lawyer and translator, they interviewed me for 6 hours, and 6 hours for my spouse.it was nightmare.... And still no answer...

Ooh ok it took longer because of the use of a translator that’s why, but you’ll surely come out as a winner and you’ll be reunited again with your spouse..
