I can't blv it after sending updated documents that took vfs global almost a month to deliver and I have a courier that will deliver in 9 hours.

Hello, did you get any updates for your ARC application? They asked me to pay ARC fee of $400 & cost of removal $1,500

I have not gotten any updates as yet. I submitted everything and got confirmation they received it Apr 2.

Hey soulmatestory I would like to know if they will ask me for a ACR cause my lawyer was saying they might ask for it but they ask for new medical police record from my country and updated form then last month they asked us to send in a Canadian police record since he was living here before I just pray they don’t ask for it cause I send in all the request documents in February and just the Canadian police record I send in last month what you think

Hey Marlicia, if you're husband left Canada as a result of a deportation order then yes, he will need ARC granted before passport request. It's been 2 months since we've been waiting.

I need suggestions and help please
I win my appeal on 27 September 2018 and on January 27th I send all the requested documents medical PCC and biometric page of passport and RIGHT to permanent residence fee to Ottawa.
So in May I contact with MP he says that your file is in London so I contact with London visa office so after 20days they reply and told me that your application is still in Ottawa so I call to cic immigration and they says that yes your file is in Ottawa and most probably it’s process here today I call to immigration again and they told me that your file was in London
Now really I am confused and depressed that what’s are they doing

Even if he got deported 10 years ago I thought there is a time frame on these things cause I heard the ARC is a long time and it can take up to 6months I don’t have 6 extra months for this a next question then they ask you to get a police record from Canada i don’t understand all this run around with immigration you give them prove that your relationship is real but they still holding up the file asking for this and that if I just think they should just easy up on this appeal application cause is like we done waited how many years just to get appeal then have to wait so much months again to get visa PR like since how they have there families here with them people need there families here too it getting to me now

That’s why the immigration office is back up because of all these nonsense I pray that my husband get through this year
