GCMS notes only usually take 30 days. If it is your blue book for the appeal - you are supposed to get it within 120 days. I appealed January 8th and I am still waiting for our blue book. I called the appeal office on Monday and they said they didn't receive it from the visa office yet.

I would suggest you give VFS a ring, is possible the information entered belongs to someone who had already submitted his/her passport since you submitted only documents. There is nothing to worry about, it should be a mistake and sometimes it does happen

Hi there, I got stuck with submitting my passport. Got request from London,UK to submit it London. But I applied from uk and currently living in Bangladesh. So, I went to my local vfs yesterday but they told me, there sending to Singapore for all Bangladeshi. I thought all vfs are linked up. They don’t send to uk. Now I don’t know what to do, is there anyone who could help me plz? That will be really appreciated. ASAP.

Hi Take your passport to DHL office in the city or country where you are currently residing, they will take it to Canada embassy in UK and you have to pay for DHL to return the passport to you when the visa is ready.

I wouldn't suggest sending your passport via DHL. Before you do that, check Bangladeshi law if the citizen of Bangladesh could mail out the passport outside of the country?
I suggest you ask London office to transfer your file to Singapore. Don't send the passport via DHL without checking your country's laws.

You must have mistakingly press the remove button well all you need do is send case specific inquiry to IRCC to reset your Ecas.
I hope that helps.

It is normal, they will remove the application from ecas after the application has been rejected for over 12 months or so, it won't be revived until after you win your appeal.

what is blue book?

The blue book is the appeal record, it include all the forms you have submitted, your supporting document of your application, all the officer's notes, the interview and the reason why you application is rejected. In general people should receive it in 120 days, but I had seen some people receive it in 5-6 months after they filed their appeal.

Yes but this is going to be a long journey. The best is to move back to live with your spouse for 2-3 more years to build up more evidence and then reapply again. Be prepared your application might and most likely will get rejected when you reapply. But I had seen cases from the CanLII website that couples got their appeal denied, went back to their home country and live for a few years together, reapply, got rejected in the 2nd application , appeal again and won. Basically it might take 7-10 yrs in total.

I win my appeal on 27 September 2018 and in January I got request from Ottawa for updated forms, PCC, medical bio page of passport and Right to permanent residence fee receipt which i send them on 27th January in my gckey only says that medical is passed.
After that I can’t hear nothing then I contact with my mp so he says that your file is sent to London visa office for processing I send email to LVO for status updates so they reply me that your file is still in Ottawa you contact with Ottawa
I call to cic immigration so they told me that we are waiting for information from London visa office and can’t give you time that’s in how much time we receive and most probably you file now processed by Ottawa
These all replies make me confused and give me bundles of tension
My wife here with me in Pakistan from last three months and tomorrow she have flight back to Canada
I am really upset and don’t know that’s it’s normal or something to be worried
