The appeal is allowed the officers decision to refuse a permanent residence visa is set aside and an officer must continue to process the application in accordance with the reasons of the immigration appeal division

Hi from where you send your documents after winning appeal and now where is your application LVO or Ottawa
Because I win appeal on 27 September 2018 and after two months I got request from Ottawa for forms pcc and medical as well passport bio page on 6th April I contact with mp so they says my file was send back to London visa office for processing still no updates

Hello All,

Just an update on my application. Today I got Medical Request + Police Certificate Request + Schedule A form Request + Additional Family Information Form Request. Also my GCKEY has updated to in progress and "Background Check in Progress". I am trying my best to get everything submitted by next week. Please pray for me the process is faster now. Wish you all the best! and for those asking how long it takes to get these additional document request, it is approx. 2 months but I received it in almost 3 months. Expect that it can take up to 3 months too.

I would like to inform you that the journey that started in March 2016, came to a glorious end today May 02, 2019. My wife received her passport back from Accra visa office with visa. I know the frustrations and endless waiting involved, but my prayer today is that the Angels of the Lord will locate your files where ever they are kept and the God of speed will grant you speed as he granted us. Please see below our time line

It’s normal that they not update my gckey and send ppr really it’s amazing but I am not this much lucky

Good day beautiful people here,
I was just wondering in the difference in the word used by ircc on my E-cas.
In process and in progress.
Please anyone with idea?
Then as I earlier said here I got documents request on 11/4/2019 schedule A, additional family update and police report of which I sent since 15/4/2019 and till now no update from ircc and vfs global and in the ircc say they give 30 days which mean in 30 days file will be viewed again, can give an idea of what to expect. My process start from 23/11/2015.
