My wife case was refused. Reason: marriage not guinuine. They wanted a differrent kind of marriage certificate than the one I provided. When I start the appeal, do I send the original marriage certificate they wanted with the appeal or do I provide that later. Please Let me know. Thanks

This makes me worried because it's been over 2 months, they only asked for my Medical & Police Clearance. I would be pissed if they asked for ARC after Background check is completed. We have been in this crazy stupid system for over 5 years.

Yeah that's a long time. I got the prearrival and the ARC a day apart.

then right click that file and choose open with adobe reader

They asked me to submit $1500 removal fee on 10th December and I send them same day I guess when they ask for removal fee it’s more likely to get ARC approved I hope! I did contact them in feb and they replied the they are processing my background check and they will contact me once it’s finished

When filling for the appeal, only sent the appeal form abd the decision letter. The will ask you for the other stuff later once they create you a file

You won. from here you need need to wait around 2 months brie you hear anything from cic. Your case will go neck to the where ever it was being processed before. Once they reopen it, the will send you request for medical, updated forms and updated police check. Congratulations. Your 1 step closer but still a few months away. Hang in there
