Yes but your medical is only valid for 12 months which means by the time all this finish you may need to do another one. If you have already sent in the new forms then they are probably writing on your bgc which is why they need the new police and schedule a. Bgc take the longest. Can be a few weeks or a few months.

I expect they should have asked bcos my medicals has been done twice, when I submit my application in 2015 and redo it in 2016 November then January 2017 I got the refusal note. Just really dont know why the vo did not include medicals. Well let's see how it goes.

OK so your medical definitely expired. I think for most appeal cases they have attendancy to send those files to ss(security screening) it's an extension of the bgc and can take a few months. Chances are, they will request the medical at the end of the background check abd then isuue ppr.

Same with me they requested updated forms and pcc and arc on October 5th but never asked me remedical I think after they finished with my BCG and than they will ask medical

It takes around 2 months.. There is a chance that they have received it, but it's in queue to be reviewed by an officer. This happens often for files that are being reopened. Soon, you will receive requests for new medical police check abd updated forms. After that,they will begin your background check. You still have a few more months to go I'm afraid. Keep your head up.

Thank you for replying. My lawyer sent a email to Warsaw and will be trying to contact them to get some information and my MP said he will be trying to get information by May 7th. I really hope that there is a move and I receive good news in the month. Sad part is that we will not be celebrating our 2 year anniversary again. May 12th will be 3 months if I don't receive anything. I hope they did not lose my file or misplaced it. GOD , please just want this to be over! Vfs lahore did not ask me for the picture for pr now canadian high commission asked for 2 photographs i went to vfs to send it they said we dont sent photos even if its for PR u have to send it yourself he didn't give me the address now i have to mail it i dont think so i can do it online so can anyone help me withthe adress of canadian high commission islamabad
