Congratulations on getting ppr.

I want to know after how many months of getting medical done u got ppr request.? And wat dies ur ecas says now?

Is cic website working properly as it says it getting delays?

me medical was on jan 05, 2016.. deciison made on feb 12 got ecas updated on feb 19 and same day rcvd ppr.

Hi yana when you click on decision made do you see comment which say correspondence sent on so and so date please send requested docs asap???

after one week of decision made my ecas e updated that we send u correspondence on 19 feb.. and on the same day got ppr.

@WaitingSince2012 you really called your office every month? What did you say? What exactly is their role in all this? I'm so nervous to talk to them :-[. I called last week and the switchboard operator was very friendly and helpful. She told me who my caseworker is and gave me her phone # and extension but I just got voicemail. I left a message and haven't heard anything back yet.

Yea I would call them every month to see if there were any updates on my file. The operator had also given me my case officer number so I use to call him directly. Keep calling them at different times. I don't think they will call if you leave a message.


What I did was kept on calling at different times until I could talk to my case officer and that was my routine every month mostly at the beginning.

What up client2014... How are you doing..... That good that they have receive your appeal notice... The next thing to do is just wait for your bluebook and once you get that then you can request an adr hearing...but in the mean time gather as much evidence as you can to help support your case.

How are you doing? Endless waiting is killing slowly, after a successful appeal I have no idea where my file is located, I contacted CIC call Centre and was told IRB Vancouver didn't notify them of the Oct 5, 2015 decision. I contacted IRB and was told they have nothing to do it as they were done with me since that day. I tried check e-cas nothing is showing anymore as if I don't have application in the system. This is having negative impact on our marriage, my wife is so stressed and I'm also very lonely here as well. Is there anyone here with e-cas not working?

If you have your case officer number from irb office. call your case worker directly and they should be able to tell you where they send your application. what you could do is email your visa office in your country and send them a copy of your appeal decision showing them that you won your appeal and ask them if you need to send any documents to them and do the same thing for Ottawa also.. But make sure you attach your decision letter to your email.

Thank you, it does make lot of sense to me although I have emailed Ottawa with a copy few weeks ago but just a normal email to Accra without the decision letter. I shall do that this weekend. Thanks and hope the journey that started in May 2012 would come to an end this year.

Could you please guide me, my wife received refusal on Feb 17, 2016 and same day I filed for an appeal (Toronto IRB Office), I was told by the staff that, first appeal has to be accepted for which they are going to send me acceptance letter and then the process starts.
How do I get blue book (File Copy)? do I need to pay anything to get this?
Do I request for an ADR or they have to offer me the option?
and most important, how long is the total process, as IRB staff told me, not more than 3-6 months in total process, as they are expediting cases.

Hey taj p how are you doing. They can send you request in the mail but if they was always communicating with you tru your email them more and likely that how they will contact you. Just like i said before, dont worry yourself and stressing yourself because of these dam ppl. I already told you that it can take a while before you hear from them once decision is made and i post already about someone getting ppr a month after they got decision made so just relax and wait until you hear from them.
