Anybody having knowledge about this aplease help.We got our passport call for PR but my spouse is in india and we got 30 days to submit the passports i cant submit her passport here so whats the alternate. I emailed cic about this but 5days gone there is no reply please help

Hi Apuniano, we prepared a lot, but they only asked very basic questions as below.

1. what do you have in common
2. have you met your husband's family and friends.
3. has your husband met your family and friends
4. have you ever been in another country
5. when did you marry
6. any family or friends were there?
7. what property your husband and you have in Canada and China
8. does your husband support you financially
9. when do you live together.
10. what will you do if your appeal is allowed/refused this time.
11. where did you learn English===similar to question#3===my husband said it is a little tricky question, wants to know did i lie anything and will my answers be different.

Hello Everyone.... my wife finally got the letter from Ottawa requesting medical, police record, updated forms, and bio page of my passport in the mail today... It really good to be able to read from other ppl experience after winning there appeal... They request my medical last week in my email and i sure did ask if i should just only send the medical alone and look at it now.. couple days later Ottawa wants more things from me that is why im glad that i follow my gut instinct and just send in everything to them that i know what they want and it sure save me extra money than have to send the other things separate. My dhl package arrive in Ottawa this morning and someone signed for it so i know everything is there now and i dont have to worry myself that i will have to spend more money to send another package to Ottawa again... the only thing my wife have to do is email CPC-COST-RECOVERY a copy of the right of permanent resident fee and send a copy to Mississauga in the mail...which i know my wife paid for it back in 2013 before i got denied. She never collect the money since she was appealing our case.. My wife just finish email cpc cost recovery a copy of the resident fee and tomorrow she will mail the other copy to Mississauga.......I wish everyone the best on there journey and ppl that just winning there appeal just go back and do some research on this thread so you can know what to expects.

Yah my wife meet mp several times and on 30 December the mp told us that our file is in Ottawa and everything is going smoothly all we need is to wait, I don't know what to do like this waiting is killing me it's been 10 months since we won appeal .
Did u got any update and what's going on ur file plz share cuz we got the same timeline any news on ur file .

Hi Mohsoh, my partner is here. We came back here in December. I went to India to get him. Got visa in November. Thank god this ordeal is over. Hope everything for you goes well.

Here are the phases of my MPNP application :

July 25, 2014 - I applied on MPNP with a single status.

August 07, 2014 - I got married

August 2014 - I updated my marital status to MARRIED on MPNP thru online.

December 15, 2015 - I received my LOA having only my name on it.


My concern here is whether my wife could accompany me in Canada or not, having only my name on my LOA.

But according to the previous response of MPNP Online Application Support, they captured my changes on my marital status.


My question is could I include my wife in my Permanent Resident Visa application at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and accompany me in Canada with a permanent resident status too?

Are you saying you received 2 copies of the blue book? In any event these are yours ... the IRB and the Minister's Counsel would have received their own copy. You can give one 2 your lawyer if you have one.

Thank you my friend ajarupan..... the only thing i can say for that is it just depend on who is dealing with a person application once it get to Ottawa. wat i would do is email the visa office your application is at and attach a copy of your decision letter to let them know you won your appeal and i was advise that my file have been transfer to your visa office and i would like to know if there is anything i would need to submit and if so can you please let me know in a timely manner... Just make your email sympathetic when you write time.... i hope this help you out...That is what i did when my filed got transfer to Ottawa and they reply back to me with medical request...
