I won on oct 6th, haven't heard anything yet

Hi all my husband has to do his medical again for Ottawa visa processing office ,I sent him the form that the sent me but its been 2 weeks and he not received it yet ( I sent it by registered mail ) now he wants to just print the medical form online so my question is Is it the same form like when he did medical check first time ?? .

no it's not the same, but i don't understand, Ottawa supposed to send you the form by e-mail and your husband can just print it from there, that is what we did

no i can not send you this form because there is my husband's name appears on it and they sent it to me because we asked them to do it so...

I don't have it I sent it to him..but my husband said will wait a few more days because Christmas is in the middle and all mail be late and also
I emailed them too so will see and as soon I get it back I will fax it over to them..I worried to fats over everything loll MY HUSBANDS WORDS TO ME LOLL.
