Congrats Rathika,They will tell you which forms you need to update and links to the forms as well. So don't use any link form here, I know its same form but use their link. You can see my old posts in which I have told which forms to update but in that email which you got from embassy you will know which forms u need to update.

Read the email once again and you will know what you need to do.

does anyone has an idea, how long CPC-Ottawa takes to finalize the case after submition of updated docs and med?

From what i know, they have 60 days to process ur documents and after that you can email them and ask about ur case like whats happening and all. CPC ottawa replies to ur email. Mine was over 90 days and then i emailed them and after 2 days decision made status. So you will probably hear something soon.

Sorry about your refusal.

I got my refusal letter after 50 days. and some people got it within a month.

don't worry you will get it soon and remember you will get only 30 days to appeal the decision.

Nothing yet, my Interview was on March 19th 2014, got refusal letter in May 2014 and appealed May 26th.

We went to MP office and the MP assistance was ready to help with the complaint against the interviewer. But when we went to see the lawyer to appeal the decision lawyer advised us don't complaint against him right now it will make your case worst, First deal with appeal after winning it you can complaint against him but doing it now it's not a good idea.

So we haven't done it.

hey guys,
I'm just curious on how long things take. Been forever already. I sent my wife application on November 26th 2013 and it arrived New Delhi December 20th 2013. My wife sent her passport in on March 4th 2014 to immigration when receiving the letter and since then we got nothing. It been 7 months already. When I check online on the CIC website is says Medical received. Can someone please help us =(. Thank you

Hi syedazeenat..we case ur file then after 5 months CHC send u confirmation letter n gives u file no as wel.its been so long i mean u file ur case in 2013 early n now its mid of 2014 bit u didnt get ur file no .. have u hired a lawyer or u did urself
