Finally my wife got the passport request yesterday and hope visa will be issued ... finger crossed ...

My timeline.
23 May'12 - Applied for sponsership
15 Jan'13 - Rejected by New delih
1 Oct'13 - ADR
9 Dec'13 - CPP - O started processing again
07 Apr'14 - Passport request.

Can you please tell me how thins whole appeal thing works?
We are waiting for my denial letter and then we are going for appeal. My wife is from Toronto and I'm in Punjab.

It wasn't my wife it was me I'm the applicant and she is the sponsor.

We are still waiting for our denial letter my interview was on 19th march 2014. They returned my passport during interview and its a DM on e case.

Now waiting for Denial letter so we can see a lawyer and go for appeal, meanwhile we are looking for help so we can understand the appeal process.

oh thank you SAHIL SIGH so not all who go on interview and ecas status that DM was positive that will gonna get a Visa ,

yes you need somebody who really understand the whole process for appeal praying for you

yes time and works , rathika2011 she won an appeal try to browse up this thread you will see her post shes a nice one , , but hope soon you can get your denial paper so you can start your appeal .. hope some of the applicant whos on here will give you some view also while you are waiting for the denial paper , at least it will give you some ideas but of course lawyer is really needed now oh well no matter how long is the road there is an end , and no matter how dark is a tunnel there is light in the end of it , just be positive you will reach the good end of this long travel friend ,, just have faith and pray

Ahh that was so sweet of you. Really right now I need that kinda motivation bcoz feeling like dead after knowing visa is not granted and we have to wait more.

am doin good , well am waiting to hear some soon to my visa office,, lots of wait hahahaha , but this our road trip its a long road trip so just enjoy it for while , though its hard but nothing we can do , lots of prayers to all of us still in waiting , but the good news you know lots here are having their visa now , the cem are moving really fast now so for sure soon I will some good news in my Visa office ,
