hi,to avoid future problems, can you get new nbi clearance with finger print?..it is important..and about the police crt in singapore, that was once i read in 1applicant,when his wife's paper was started in processing, they were asked to submit police crt from singapore& was given 60 days to comply or else would be refused..
Thank you eeza, I have the original NBI with me just in case they request for it then I can send it to them. Hoping that they can still process my application without the original one.

Does the CIC require the original NBI? If yes, than you should send the original, don't take chances, it happened with my brother as well and he got refused in the full hearing just bcoz of 1 document and than now he just re applied.

Regarding Singapore COC, plz see the following CIC page:

@simple9999. Thank you for your response. It seems like everything happened so quickly for you
I guess no one else wants to share their time line
I am in Toronto and i am waiting for the notes to maybe understand more why they said no. But the refusal letter said he had too many ties to canada and our engagement was too short. it seemed to rush, so they are assuming it isnt genuine. But i cry myself to sleep every night cause i miss him. I shouldn't have to prove my love to strangers. this whole thing is completely unfair!

I hope everything can work as quick as yours

My case is completely different....for that I didnt share my time line... We were rejected in May 2013 and we never received our refusal letter... so I couldn't appeal, I hired a consultant in June and ordered my CAIPS notes to see what we could do, he drafted a extensive detailed letter - an informal appeal for administrative review within the Cairo Embassy....... and it was successful... they invited us for a second interview in Oct. 2013 and approved us... now we are just waiting for the medical to clear and vola

We have our ADR hearing next week! We have a strong, well organized case, and a good lawyer. I just hope the ADR officer sees this and we have a positive outcome. We just want to move on with our lives together from all this immigration headache/injustice, already!! The past months have been very difficult and it's time for some certainty. :'(

Any pointers from those of you who have taken part in an ADR??
