how did you log in to the new portal? Because I can't log in. Did you log in after your file was opened?

Haven’t been here for a long time being pretty occupied with my move to Canada. I’m finally pleased to share that I landed last week! It’s been some crazy journey since October 2019 for sure! I can’t even explain how hard it was to get here both visawise and travelwise. I wish everyone success and happiness! Thank you guys for your help and support.

As for my question, probably someone can advise me on how long it takes now to receive a pr card in Ontario, in Ottawa particularly?..

Yes my friend. I entered the same info. may be my file is not opened yet. So that's why it's not accepting.....

can you see any information on ECAS or GCKey? I'm not sure if the new portal only works for open applications.

maybe you need to wait until your file is reopened before you can create an account in the new portal.
