I have lost my ADR, now its 16th month going since lodged appeal, how much should i wait more till full hearing?

Sorry to hear you lost your ADR. Well hope not lost as you are now schedule for full hearing be thankful.
The time you have to wait will be btw 6 months to 15 months just bear in mind I did not say 6 months or 15 months but between the months nd hope that helps.

January 2017 to September 2018 but mine is straight hearing I never request ADR I waited till the time giving to me
Just call the appeal office and ask them and they can tell you how long it will take to get a full hearing cause that’s what I did and they told me exactly how many months leave for my hearing

Do we need to request ADR from IAD? Or they will figure it themselves if we should be given adr or not?
They will tell you or if you have a lawyer he can request it cause my lawyer was telling me that he can ask for a ADR hearing but I told him no cause my husband case was so complicated and I know that they would of turned him down so I waited on my refusal letter which indicated me that I will be getting a full hearing

You need also to know cases are differeny nd officers tooattention to. cases also are different and if you or anyone call the iad office still you will not get definite time but a projected time is what you will hear.

Can u please share me how was ur experience in court? and how long it took till hearing date?
my experience at the hearing was terrible, it was 2 days of hearing, all day. first hearing was in December, me and my baby went to toronto for hearing, a friend helped me take care of my daughter so as not to disturb the hearing, but sometimes I needed to nurse for her. the second hearing was last week, it was over the phone with my husband and I, it was all day too.
