What’s everyone’s experience with waiting for passport to be returned after sending it to VO? Just booked my husband’s ticket for May 10 and he will send his PP on Monday which is over 3 weeks, praying he will get it back before he needs to travel
Hi;everyone i would like to share some information about appeal case'my applic refuse in sep 17;my wife submitt my appeall through the lawyer in oct and in feb-18lawyer inform my wife our case select for adr but don;t give any correspondence if anyone else faced that kind of situation please share with me highly regard thanks in advance...
Got the same situation. We have to stay strong and positive. It was really hard news on Friday but that is the reality and we won’t give up.
File refused on last Friday. We are applying an appeal on Monday with the lawyer. Can’t wait to know all the details with him? I will let you know!

Hi;first of all sorry to hear this refusal news anyway now must be faced..you will be got blue book after 4mnths cic mentioned all concerns due to denied your applic then u will send more as much more possible evidences through iad ...iad will select your case fof Adr if u select adr then u will clear faster quick process if not then it will go through full hearing 24 mnths....

After submitting the appeal,
1-should my lawyer ask for the bleu book through the embassy or it is automatic?
2-so get it quicker, we need to choose ADR when filling the appeal application?

We were refused in March 2017, got blue book end of June and was selected for ADR in September, had ADR November and was approved. Our file was reopened Nov 30 and we got Decision made March 27 2018, PPR April 13 so basically a year from denial to DM (if not selected for ADR I’ve heard it’s 2+ years) hang in there and good luck
I don’t think you choose, they do! If they feel they can resolve in less than an hour it will be ADR. You can send additional info once you receive your blue book. We never did anything only waited for date. We were assigned an office and the person I had was great for emailing when I had questions
Did you guys really apply as conjugal partner? What are your barriers to getting married or living together? What was the refusal reason listed in the letter?
