Hi everyone. I never thought a day like this would come but unforunately here I am, was refused a permannet resident visa today very sad and fortrating right now. Pls what can my spouse and I do now and where do we start from?

I'm so happy to here your good news, Finally you will be seeing him soon, i'm in the-same situation as you. twelve months gone after Remedical and police check has been done i'm still waiting, thought i will be spending the Christmas together unfortunately i'm in the same position but i'm still hoping.

OMG seriously 14 months after appeal for PPR? Is this normal? I thought it was like 6-8 months! Is it the same for all countries? Wow how defeating :'( :'( :'(

Yes, we won our Full Hearing two hours ago in Calgary. This is Conjugal sponsorship and to those who applied and are planning to apply in this category don`t lose hope.

The Minister`s Counsel interviewed me by phone and it only lasted 30 minutes. After the call they told my spouse right away that we won. Our Judge is Lynne Cunningham.

If you got questions i`m here to answer based on my experience. Thank you all. Now we are waiting again but i hope not for long.

Ministers council said she still believes the marriage is not genuine the judge said she will let us know within 90 days the answer. Has anyone else had this experience? How long did it take? What are the chances of winning? Please please let me know! What if I don't win? What are the chances of winning in federal court?

Hi plz need help

My wife receive blue book and we find that Visa Ofice Notes in french not english

and my wife dont speak french

Note : our application was in english

whats we should do?

hiii....sorry for bothering just want to ask u about everything in your hearing cause i have a hearing in january ....we applied as conjugal partner two....my wife is older than me and she live in canada thats why we get refused the first time ......so ill really appreciate that if u can help me with anything .....for exemple like the question they ask u or how should i speak with them and everything....thx

Hi guys so I need help clarifying an issue ..
I applied in 2011 and was refused ..so I appealed And I win my appeal on 20 of June from the ida for family class permanent residence visa ..my file was transferred to Accra visa office ..got request on 31 August for update for background declaration ,rprf,schedule A , police certificate..submitted all this 19 September ..now on 22 of this month November I recieved via my lawyer re Medicals ..does this mean ppr soon ? Help

Hi I was reading your post and I can totally understand your situation right now as I was in d same situation one month ago but I can tell you that you ll b okay as I heard bout if the judge reserve his decision for few days that means 90% there is sumthng in your favour. I was told by the panel they ll give their decision in 60 days but it took 75 days for me to get the decision letter in mail but the good thing was that my appeal was allowed. So dnt worry there is nthng wrong if they reserve the decision but stay positive and keep praying. Gud luck.
