its nice to see some people getting their ppr. for me this waiting is kind of surreal. how long since your appeal did you have to wait?.

Refused in Dec, 2014, appealed in Early Jan, 2015, ADR in Sep, 2015, Full Hearing in Dec, 2015, passed, medical&updated forms requested in Apr, 2016, sent everything end of Apr, middle of Aug, 2016, requested for passport.

I received a letter from IAD today from Montreal that we have been selected for an ADR however there was no date for the ADR in the letter just information on how that ADR works. Any idea how long it takes to get a date ???????

Congratulations! I'm glad they didn't decide to make a big deal over that charge. I'm hoping that it's an indication that they have orders from above to clear the backlog and stop nitpicking over the tiniest of things.

I won my IAD appeal because of my lawyer Micheal Crane. His contact number is 416 351 8600 x 221. Most likely, he answers emails very quick. micheal@cranelaw.ca . His office in downtown Toronto.

He is a good lawyer, you should seek him.
