Guys after long story mean first application filed thn got refuse the successful Adr after that
Pcc and medical done thn decision made thn passport request on 14-4-15 which was submitted on
15-4-15. Now it's around 2 weeks and still waiting for passport !! Any idea about stamp return passport timeline New Delhi . It is really painful process my son is 3 months now it's hard to live without him and family .

What date or month did you win your ADR?

On 15 October 2014 . Usually 6 month after to land there but in my case 7th is going on .

it depends where it is processed.

Usually passport request comes at the end. Medicals expire after 1 year so it will have to done again. They will also ask for updated forms.

My consultant said theat almost all cases go to ADR first. This is because it is less expensive than full court hearing ... even CIC has a budget . Does that make sense?

Well I sure pray that it ends with ADR I just had to res exile my trip to Dubai and pay fee because I would have been there during the time of ADR.... And God help me if they change their mind at last minute, and decide on full appeal. I will be mighty ticked. Anyways I will pray for the best and soon this night mare ends.

Is your case pretty simple? Do they just doubt your marriage is genuine?

Yes my case is pretty simple, the officer didn't believe the marriage was genuine.... Went on and on about me being 7 years older then my hubby.

Guys I got my passport back this morning at 7am with my visa and visa for my two daughters, I'm happy and shocked all at the same moment, good luck to you all waiting
