And since April 2019 that they have asked for police report certificate till today they have not answered my question or request about my BGC and others checks, I submitted police certificate in April and by July 2019 it expired and again in August 2019 they still request same documents as if its free where you just get it from your wardrobe.. Later medical still no update on BGC,CRIMINALITY

Hello Everyone
I won my appeal on November 2018 , but they transferred my application to the same CIC office in my country who refused it at the first time, they contacted me to update some form in December 2018 and I submitted them. Since this date they didn't contact me and I don't know is there specific time to finalizing my application or that habit is regular especially for those appealing CIC and won their cases,
