Looks like we will be retiring when this finishes. Good look for all!!!!

Can anyone tell me how long will it take to get nominated by the province? The company that I will work for submitted the forms to SINP office 2nd week of September this year but until now I haven't received any updates or the nomination thru my email. I'm applying for skilled worker class.

takes about 6 month if all documents are in order. if they request you for some docs means its gonna be delayed extra month and half.

i have a question for every one in this forum which is pertaining to bank statement.i am waiting for medical request so they will ask me to send a bank statement.can u guys tell me that ,r they asking everyone for with 6 months history statement.and is it essential that the balance should remain the same through out.i have applied on 3rd of jun 2011,so soon i am expecting request from them.my balane in jun was shorter by 5 thousand dollers than i deposited 7 thousands in july since than i got the required balance.so on that calculation i have to wait for jan to get my medical done along with bank statement which will be with 6 month history. suggest me if i can send them before in case they send me the request in november sometime so the balance in first month will be shorter and after that will be fine please share your experinces,

thanks for taking time out to read such a long message

Yes, I did apply under SINP. Already received Acknowledgement letter. Now it shows "under processing"
How about you?
May I know how do you see your application status? Are there any website (url) available to see this or is this applicable to a certain country only? I am applying on a family class status and I want to know my application status after they have requested for additional documents after 12 mos of waiting since they acknowledge our application. Thanks In Advance.

hi :)...after almost 9 months of my sinp application submission under family stream no news yet...may i ask anyone if it's ok to follow up our application status..also where can we make follow up? thanks in advance for the info...

I also applied under SINP - Skilled Worker Category , and Application Submitted status is cming , can anyone tell after how much time , it comes under process and how long will it take for nomination

Thanks
Faisal

First of all, it doesent only depend on the discretion of the immigration officer handling your case and the documents you provide. Most of all its the grace of God. Some apply and get nominated in 17days, some in 3months and some get rejected. There's no blue print or time line for the application. Just apply and pray for favor .

How can you check it online? can u please provide me URL? & what number you have to write on application?

Dear Friends,

Here is the link for sinp online portal. https://www.apps.gov.sk.ca/apex/f?p=305:1
you can register and can check the status of your application

1 month ago, i mailed SINP office asking about my current stage of application, i got reply in 1 day from immigration officer (they all are very nice and quick you can also call them) and said my application is in process and no documents are need at this time. and i also got this division in the mail

PROCESSING TIMES
Processing times vary, however, successful SINP applications typically receive their landed immigrant status considerably quicker than individuals applying through federal immigration classes. CIC processing times vary depending on the visa office processing for your country.

Current SINP criteria processing times by category are as follows:
Skilled Worker – 4 to 6 Months
Family – 8 to 10 Months
Existing Work Permits, Physicians, Nurses, Other Health Professionals, Students, Truck Drivers & Hospitality Sector Project – 3 to 4 Months

Make sure you submit complete application package otherwise you will face delays. better sending application few weeks late with complete package than sending early with incomplete package and consequently facing delays for months.. :)
and many of my friends got their nomination within above mentioned timeline. after nomination VO (london) timeline for family stream nomination is 6-12 months.

There is a procedural guideline for SINP. Every detail is mentioned step by step processing in SINP office.

Hope this might help...

Can I registry to see online if i did sent my application by mail? Did anybody do that and worked?

hi... it's it's good to find this link.

My brother applied under famly class on Sep 2010..I as his representative received an email, June 2011, that they received the application and asking for missing/additional documents and submitted those July 2011. But ask additional docs again on Aug 2011 and submitted the next day. That's the last time they contacted me. It's over a year now since they received it. Does it take long because they asked twice for additional docs?

Yes you can register with the same email address that you have sent in application by mail, in my case, i registered first to send application online but changed my mind and sent by mail and i got status on the sinp online portal with the same registry login that i made previously.

yes asking for missing/additional documents delays the process by approx. 1.5 months. so be patience, you will surely hear positive news soon... :)

Is it okay okay to call or email immigration regarding on my brother's application? It's more than a year now.
