All SINP application applied in 2011 tracker

Saurabh: What did you provide as a document in lieu of your birth certificate. Checking with you as I also do not have a birth certificate and what needs to be given in case it is asked.

hello i got a mail from sinp asking for missing documents

they have asked for IETLS, travell record, degree transcripts, back statement to show funds and birth certificate.

can anybody tell me what can i send as birth certificate. In india 10th grade certificate is treated as birth certificate. but i guess they dont acknoledge that. I dont have any formal birth certificate.. Can anybody help me with this....

I gave passport and on the copy I wrote substituted in place of birth certificate. Now cic also want birth certificate. I have to check with them what they will accept for birth certificate

Don't worry you will get nomination soon. I have heard they are processing July applications now. It seems they have picked up pace now.

NKPatel: Did you call SINP and check as 17 months waiting under Skilled Worker is more than anticipated to be honest? Please check with SINP directly as it should not be taking at least thing long in the skilled Worker category.

Does anybody know if I can submit my application to CIO with out the police clearance certificate and submit it later when they ask for it. This will put my application in the que because it will take me atlease 45 days to get those certificates.

also now that I have nomination can i file for work permit myself and then go there and look for a job..

any ideas??

You can submit but it is strongly recommended that you send them along with application according to docs checklist... It will greatly delay you application... So avoiding major delay you should delay in applying...
Dont leave space for the application to go under the table...

Did you applied for SINP in family stream or Skilled worker category? And are you within Canada?

If you have applied in family stream and do not have job offer and you are out of Canada then you can not apply for work permit... SINP has nominated you and you need to apply for PR to CIO...

I used my birth certificate.
if u dont have any one you can present ur matriculation certificate,
family registration certificate if you are from pakistan.
NIC or some other docs which has your birth date and both parents name.
dont apply for work permit if you dont have any job offer.
be care full just answer what you are requested and dont attatch any docs which are not requested.

if u dont have other documents then u can give it other wise u have to provide all docs which are requested in chcck list if some thing is unavailable then give them the reason why it is unavailable and provide some other documented proofs to support your stance.i.e for birth certificate you can provide National identity card matriculation certificate school certificates family registry.
pl take it serious. if your passport satisfied the sinp officials then may be it work here. Other wise CIC has the final autharuty for approval or rejection.
