Can anyone tell me whats the status of online portal turn when nomination comes, I am sep 2011 Skilled worker applicant still waiting for nomination

Status becomes "Application Nominated".

Their account was just locked and they didnt have access to theirs account before few weeks

i want to know my employer register on SINP site , he got id and pw , he posted my job online but when he send me snap shot i show my job is posted but in front of job status show blank like this - we received job approval form :- ______________ , as per my knowledge when employer post job on SINP EMPLOYER REGISTRATION SITE on same time sinp want job approval form . am i right ? and after job approval form how much time they taken to issue job approval LETTER .

Hi brother..

I really have no idea about skilled worker category.. I am of family referral stream...
But may be if they dont put date.. Its normal... Many things in my online application was not mentioned, but they do have paper record...

An expert advice must be sought..

Under skilled worker category w job offer letter what is the different between ( job offer letter ) and ( job approval letter ) they need job approval letter before applying or anytime after applied please clear my confusion

I am really sorry i dont have any idea on your issue. Its best to ask sinp officials or wait for someone who are experienced on this issue. As i didnt applied under skilled i dont know how that things works. The only source i found information is sinp website.

thank you for reply me , i just want to confirm that when employer post job position on his site on same time sinp required to fill job approval form ?because as per my knowledge if r u made application before 1 may 2012 than sinp just approved your job and issue pre-approval letter and that pre-approval letter employee have to submit in sinp and than after that employee are able to work for that employer . but whoever applied after 1st may 2012 sinp want to 1st job approval letter and than submit your file for nomination . so is it true ? .
