Daily when i come back from work and check my inbox without nomination it becomes frustration for me...
and when i get up and preparing to go to work, I start hoping that this is the day i will get LOA from SINP when i will come back.. but everything result in frustration..

For certain nationalities, SINP takes a long time. I have same nationality like yours, and I know it will take a long time for me too. So relax you don't have much choice.

1am GMt+5 is about launch time that's why you didn't get response I guess. Try 2 or 3am. Apparently they might not call you back but you can call again.

Today is good Friday and start of Easter Vacation, and believe office will be close.

Today. I had been told that my employer received a call from SINP on 15-03-2012.

After my employer received call , I have not got any further news from SINP these days... and my online application status still shows "in process".
I wonder it may become "decision made" am I right?

No. It's not compulsory. If they think that the document is missing or if they can't see the document is proper or the scan copy is not good in case of online submission, they can ask for additional doc request.

If your package is complete, you will get nomination directly.
