Sorry beachmoon......I dont have any idea about SINP & its duration as I applied under MPNP.

Well in my case, I applied online & it took me 3 months to get an approval.

I hope you'll be able to get your approval as soon as possible.

Wish you all the best

There are 2 ways to apply for MPNP :

1 : Apply online: Applicants in priority streams receive expedited processing by applying online. MPNP's online tool guides you through the steps to submit electronically all information and documents required in a successful application.

2 : Apply by mail: Applicants in the General stream are accepted by mail only, and receive regular processing.

If you apply online, then you'll be able to get nomination with in 3-4 months. While General Stream (applying by mail) took longer.

Kindly check out following link. You'll be able to get complete information :

If you want to post any query regarding Online Method then post it in following forum :

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/mpnp-online-application-t88339.0.html

& if you want to post any query regarding General Stream then post it in following forum :

WAoA

Well I was actually about to go to the bank to check out whether my draft is encashed or not yet....but Alhamdolillah I received AOR through email even before going there.

I came to know about specific date through AOR as it was clearly mentioned over there.

You can call your bank about status of your bank draft...if it is encashed then all is well with your application otherwise dont worry.....AOR doesn't take too long......just wait for 6 weeks....after that you can send an email to CIO about status of your file.

Wish you all the best.
