Yes yar u are right, what i meant was same type of application designed just for all ISLAMADAD/LONDON applicants.
Any of our PAKISTANI software guy can design it.

they need original educational documents in university sealed envelope. if your university doesn't issue 2nd set of originals only then you can attest them from higher education commission islamabad and write that thing in a cover letter.

copy of passport does not need to be attested.

also original birth certificate is needed.
