Plese help me,, i would like to apply by this october 15 under FSW, my doubt is i want to attach additional sheet to add my information can i use a plain paper with my name and form no. ... or i must take the same application form and write the balance....

For writing names in native language.....hand written i enough?

YES! Pls use plain paper. Just print out the excel sheet with the details I have mentioned. Trust this helps?

I am working on completing Generic form for Skilled Worker category, i need some assistance to fill the following questions

1) what do say for question #7 (have you received your Quebec)? its asking yes or no, if we say no then its asking for when we applied something like that, so wondering how to put there if we dont have one or is not applicable to us?

2) In personal details section, its asking UCI? what is that? what to say in that section if we dont have one?

3) In additional family information form, do we need fill all information's in our native language, i mean all names and address in native language? or just all names in native language in additional sheet will be good enough?

it would be great help if you guys could help us on these

1.Addition family information form (complete all names in english & in ur native language)---Hand written is enough?

2 Supplymentary info travel IMM5562 FORM- I cannot type in computer, that too enough in hand written? ------They are asking about dependent children but i do not have children but there is no option to write "not applicable" what to do?

3 Back ground / Declaration form--Qn No :Membership in organisatin---i am not holding any position--if so in guide they give write " “I have never been a member of an organization or association” but in the form they mention write "NONE" what to do?

4.Do i collect my Spous's experience certificate too?

5.For my experience certi 1 reff is enough? as my head i have chief project officer & Executive director should i collect signature, which is good?

In the Background declaration form---Personal history have to mention street and Number----i have only street name no ID----normally we dont use a street Number--wat to do

YES shibu. It is mandatory. They have it in their system and will find it anyway. So its better that you mention it.

The scenario is they will simply get your previous application and merge it with the new one. But make sure your info on that application and this new one matches, wherever applicable.

Ans No.1) When you select "NO" the rest of the area for anythign related to Quebec will turn "grey". Which means you need not provide any info for all the areas that turn "gray".

2) UCI is generated if you have applied earlier for immgration to Canada. If you are applying for the first time, just leave it blank.

3) Names of all your and your spouses family members is good enough. Put it in an additional sheet of paper. Try and get the format done in excel, so that it looks similar to the original form. That is not a MUST but it does look neat!

Do ask if you have any other doubts.

Your dependant only needs to mention his/her work experience in the background info form. There is NO NEED to attach any documents like work experience certificate etc for that. Last year for MI2 applicants even the dependant had to submit original work exp certificate, but not so as per the new doc checklist.

Only the principal applicant needs to submit work exp certificate.
