CIC is working closely to manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011. Since we have larger inventories of applications than limits within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must process applications according to the priorities set by Parliament. As we have a sufficient number of applications in our high priority categories, we are not in a position to process your application at this time, nor can we predict when processing on your application will resume.

THAT IS THE SITUATION OF HOPE AT THE MOMENT.

Dear Canada_start

Welcome to the home of all Bangladeshi applicants for permanent residence in Canada .Application Received ' means they have received you all supporting documents .Now , you will await for " In process" which will ensure you a crucial step ahead . In that stage ,you will either hear or receive Medical request/ or request for additional docs or A decision taken by the visa office . I wish you all the best for success in the forthcoming days.

Best of luck

Many applicants including me are in the same boat like you. This indicates that our documents are still reviewing by visa office.

Unfortunately, none has any concrete answer in recent days. Many people are in this stage for a long. However, if your occupation is in recent day's demand list, the processing may be faster than others those who are not in the demand list.

my current e-cas status is "in-process" with RBVO since 19th July'11....So,after they finish reviewing my documents, will they add another line stating.."We have reviewed your application and started processing............" or will they send the MR without any further updates..???
