Dear seniors,

I am going to appear in the IELTS soon.

You know that I will get only one ORIGINAL Copy of Test Result from British Council and CIC also needs the Original result sheet..

Could you please advice me. If I give the Original one to CIC, I will not get the original in future if I require it again. As per example, if I fail in CIC and I try again to elsewhere for immigration, I may require the Original. What to do? :'(

Thanai ekta GD korben je apnar copy harai gase. Then oi GD er copy niya British Council e bolben apnar copy harai gase. Then ora arakta issue korbe and oi copy diya arak country te apply kore felen. amar jana mote better kono way nai.

I am going to appear in the IELTS soon. As per CIC guideline <as quoted below>:

“.......Test results from an approved language-testing organization: You must submit test results. You must provide the original. Photocopies are unacceptable. Language test results must not be older than two years old upon submission.
Proof of language proficiency is required for your application to be considered complete, otherwise it will be returned to you.”

You know that I will get only one ORIGINAL Copy of Test Result from British Council and CIC also needs the Original result sheet..

During IELTS registration, they are asking maximum 5 names of institutes/ agencies if I require British Council to send a copy direct to them. However, I have not yet submitted the Application to CIC. In that case, I can not mention my case-file number there also.

Could you please advice me. If I give the Original one to CIC, I will not get the original in future if I require it again. As per example, if I fail in CIC and I try again to elsewhere for immigration, I may require the Original. What to do? :'(

if u can manage an institute where British council will send ielts original result and collect that from there,by the way as far I knw IELTS result is mandatory to submit along with ur complete application package,they wont accept it if British council send it directly
though I dont knw what ur case is

During the Registration, the IELTS form has option to put five names of organisation. I think if I had filed my application earlier, I could mention the CIC address and my case/file number there. Thus, CIC would get direct result from BC. There is not management, in fact. As I am not in the race now, so forget about this ...

Anyways, i think i should forget this issue ....

May consider the idea of prince56k ... hi hi hi

My status showed In Process on 4th July, 2011 but I do not see any extra message attached to it. I believe, in your status it shows "In Process" and also mentions "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 17, 2011". Since, I dont see any such message in my case, Is it a problem??

My status also shows only "In process", when i click on that "In process", it shows the details that i mentioned before (It has 3 lines, first one when CIC receieved my application, second one when the notified me through email and third line is like "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 17, 2011"). I think if you click on your "In process" link, it will also show details.
