Is it mandatory to stay all (principal applicant and dependent) in Canada to fulfill the requirement of PR ship status? If any dependent have to come BD for sometimes, then what will happen about his PR ship status?

I'm facing difficulties to pay a bill to PEBC, Canada for document evaluation. I tried several times with Visa Credit card in the last night (evening, late night) & today also. but it has been failed every time and web site is specifying nothing; just has showed a message 'we are unable to process your payment now, please try again or contact with....". The used card is issued from Bangldeshi bank and also was used for WES fee payment.

I would appreciate if any body can suggest in that case.

To use the USD amount of any Visa Credit card you need to open the transaction access for USD usage by calling or sending an email to the call center of the respective Bank. And also there is a limit of usage if dollar for using online transaction in a fiscal year. It is better if you call the call center of the respective Bank and ask about your transaction failure.

No option but NEW PP. Don't be worried but raise a CSI/Inform SVO and take next step for new passport on URGENT basis.

Hi Russell,
I think new one is sufficient if you have used the Old one as a reference. In that case NEW PP contains the number of earlier one. BUT raise a CSI explaining the reason of sending new PP and attached the BIOPHAGE of new pp in the same CSI.

Other option:
Send the both PP (old one must be stapled beneath the new one) and inform the SVO through general inquiry explaining arrangement of new PP.
