Need experts' advice badly:

Me & my wife's medical results have reached to MVO. Expecting passport request within 25-30 days.

My wife is pregnant, expected delivery time is Mid-May. I want to move to Canada without any delay after getting visa. I've heard that it needs 3 months to get the health card.

1) I want to go Canada at 5th month (Jan-2016) so that can get the health card at 8th month (Apr-2016) and baby will born at 9/10th month. Please suggest me about this plan.

2) After reaching Canada apply for travel insurance for 3 months. I don't know whether it will cover the medical expenses of my wife.

3) I want to carry much more than 7000 USD per head (this is the maximum limit one can carry legally) since I shall have to bear the treatment cost for 3 months for my wife. Will it create any problem at Bangladesh airport?

Please suggest.

1. Ontario and British Columbia only need 3 months for Health Card. Others don't need this time. you have to purchase a medical insurance for ON and BC for these 3 months. Better go to other provinces if you have the option.
3. legally you can not carry more than USD5000 per adult. But you can take other currency eqvt to USD7000 legally. You can take as much as you can but you have to hide from BD airport officials.

Pretty Fast I must say.. What could be the reason? Do you have any relative there?

Can anyone enlight about the benefit of having a dollar currency account (RFCD) in this respect ? Does it help if I have a account in a foreign bank?
