Silly question Guys.....I'm new to this forum.

1. What will be the immigration office requested for this application? Generic form.

is it Bangladesh or Singapore?

Also i need your help for the following questions:

2. In background declaration form-is it correct for me?
Primary school-5
High School-5
College/University-8
I completed MBA after B.Sc Engg.

3. On additional family form-both the applicant & spouse have to fill their own form. but in that case how can CIC decide which form belongs to whom as no indication for principal applicant & spouse form. should i put the applicant name & spouse name same in both form & then fill the associated information. or i have to put spouse name as applicant while filling her form. i m confused.

4. if i have no liabilities should i leave the space blank? because cant put 0.

5. schedule 3 form-Q 12.B
Currently i have 3 months experience in the new job but no experience letter. should i mention it? then what to put on year since in the new form there is only 1 year, no less than 1 year. my noc is 0113 & both my earlier job & current job match noc 0113.

6. police clearance form for all (applicant/spouse/dependents) or only for applicant?

Will be very pleased if somebody help me.

Dont worry at all, Just wait for the AOR email and then send an updated Schedule A form with a cover letter that u have done it unintentional....

This is a common issue and they usually accept it....

So relax and cheers.....

One for you and another for your spouse. Don't worry.. CIC will understand that your are the principal applicant from your other forms.

4. if i have no liabilities should i leave the space blank? because cant put 0. you can Put NIL through foxit reader. Can anyone please confirm whether it is acceptable or not?

I think you should still mention your current job and should select 1 year. As you will mention the start and end month, then they will understand

According to National identity registration Wing Website, NID expiry date is 15 years from registration. But in our NID there is no expiry date. In that case, should we self calculate the expiry date and put that expiry date in the generic application form?

Possibly you need to have an invitation from SGVO. Can't explore more on registration as the site is found to be blocked/forbidden http://www.newcomersuccess.ca/ .

Dear Hamidur,

I have given National ID(Me & Spouse) & ofcourse it was translated. When I translated i kept everything as it is. CIC didn't bother about the expiry date.
And do know that CIC has all kinds of documents for all countries. Keep everything as it is. it will keep you safe.

Well, is it required to translate NID? I heard you can just provide the Photocopy of existing one with Bengali and English mixture..

U need not to put any expiry date and Translation is not required....Many of BD applicants submitted this without translation.....

Well as i said, i kept it simple & that is keeping myself safe. As it was the mixture of Bengali & English i did the translation. And Mr Ashif can you please provide me the link to enlist myself in the SGVO FSW-2014. Thank you.
