Actually there are some slots by wight. 1st slot up to 500gm and it's costs today TK. 2500 for DHL & Tk. 2310 for Fedex.

Just a bit correction, for FedEx (my pref.) cost me 3550 BDT on last 4th Aug14.

Sometimes website info dont have updated one....So calling them is the better option...

Thanks. i feel happy to be in some use for others.

All the rates were collected over phone. I guess they may differ due to currency (US$) exchange rate fluctuation & weight. I posted rates for parcels above 500 gram but below 1 KG. I guessed my application parcel would be above 1 KG. Bt, actually it was 450 grams.

Bro.. this thread is for immigrant visas.. The process is very different for non-immigrant visas. Don't be confused.

I am also very confuse with this point I want to apply as Purchasing Manager because in most of my work experience I have done it but not under that title, I has been General Manager (of my own company) that requested to be on charge of purchasing management. Regional Manager and representative of the North of my country which also require as par of my duties to analyse quote and decide the best products to buy for each project. And I was Specialist of planning and controlling inventory in another company.

If I put the code of my job title none of them will match. Is that wrong? Or just the description has to be very clear and showing the importance of the main NOC that I want to apply for (Purchasing Manager).

I sent my completed Application package (WES, IELTS done, experience just shy of 9 years & calculated Score 80) under 2171 Information systems analysts and consultants on 2nd May '14 which was received at NovaScotia on the 8th. Ever since I haven't received any reply from CIC. How good/bad are things looking fro me?

1. I will send my application next week. Today I have collected my birth certificate. In the birth certificate my mothers name is written Nargis Akter whereas in my passport it is written Nargis Akter Chowdhury. Will it create problem? do I need to change it?

2. what should I choose in IMM 0008 for #4 immigration office requested for processing this application??

3. I am also confused about the Schedule A point #7

is Primary school 8 years, high school 4 years and university 4 years correct? from class 1 to class 12 how to divide these 12 years?

4. what should I write in the 'status in country'? I was in my own country. so should I write citizen or N/A

Job title is not the major concern...As long as ur job duties matches with the respective NOC then u are eligible to apply...

So dont worry about the title of ur designation....Go ahead with the app preparing....

Yes, obviously, you have to change Birth Certificate. It must be same as passport. IMM 0008 visa office must be SGVO. You must write citizen.

My spouse do not have her previous passports (Hand written passports). How could I give information of her travel Travel form?

Will CIC ask all the passports (previous and current) of anyone at some point of time in the application process?

They may won't ask you to do so. But it is better to mention all the relevant matters. Coz, no one can assure you, what they are going to ask. But ask for previous passport, it is quite uncommon. But they can refuse your application, if they do so.
