Hi all,
I applied for FSW program for me,my wife & one son(5 yrs) on Dec-2010.My details are as follows-
NOC -3112 , Application received by SVO on 25-12-2010
Start processing on 07-03-2011
On 24-03-2014 they request for the following-
1)MR
2)Police clearance
3)RPRF
4)Personal net worth statement
5)Current bank statement & evidence of funds
6)IMM 5669
7)PP size photo of us
We have our second son 7 months of age now.
Medical was done on 08-03-2014 for 3 of us.
All documents including our medical & our second son"s passport,birth certificate and additional family form from cic were sent on 11-03-2014
E cas shows now in process & medical results received.
i want to know what is next for me in this situation?
Will they ask for my second son;s medical or ask for his medical and PPR for all of us ?
any reply wll be highly appreciable.
All documents including medical was sent to SVO on 11-03-2014

definitely MR for second son n if ur docz are OK then high chance of PPR too.

Dear all,
I was received email form SVO for medical 12/03/14 and also they wants some documents as follows:
a. Updated application form (Generic application & schedule A)
b. Police clearance certificate
c. Visa fees CAD $ 980 (me & my wife)
d. Net worth statement with bank evidence.
I send the entire doc to SVO 27/03/14 via fedex. They received my doc 31/03/14.
Please tell me what happen next?
Now I see that my Passport (Old passport not MRP) will be expire July-2014. As per Bangladesh rule if any personal update his/her passport then Bangladesh passport office issue MRP passport only now ...
My questing is that, am I updating my passport now??
or if I get MR Passport then .... Am I needed to update SVO regarding my passport update??
or if I do MRP then .... Am I face any problem from SVO ??
Please advice me emergency

You need the MRP and its a must. Just apply for those NOW.
When they ask for PPR send these dont worry, as new passports have old number embedded.
VFS will check the new passports and will return the old ones.

If we consider the below data sheet then I see all backlog will be cleared by 2014.

Case Pending upto October-8,2013:

MI-1 : 184 (It was 254 uotp 09-July-13)
MI-2 : 205 (It was 221 upto 09-July-13) &
MI-3+: 337 (It was 240 upto 09-July-13)

Total FSW Cases pending 726 & 2131 persons totaly upto 08-Oct-13.

I did medical for us on 08-03-2014 & sent all other documents on 11-03-2014.
On 03-04-2014 I get my second son,s medical request because he was not added earlier as he is only 7 months now.
But SVO send it pretty fast.
Thank god.

Boss, the docs they asked for police clearance, net worth statement/ bank statement, didnt u send these at first place? And if u did, have sgvo given u any deadline to submit these docs? Thanks in advance.
