6 month gone still i have not received any letter from Quebec. Heard less quebec! :'(

Processing time defers cast to case, few of our forum mates applied before me and the VO has not yet started their processing, let alone medical, PPR and issuance of visa.
It seems it might take another 5-6 months for them. most of us are waiting almost 30 months or so................. Take a look for MI-2 applicants' list and their time line, its difficult to assume the processing pattern:
