Traveler card is issued in USD. so the disadvantage is you have to give conversion charges two times BDT to USD and USD to CAD.

Look for the quota, if it's full or not. It seems it's too late for this term, for the 200 applicants cap in each category, from all over the world. All the caps were filled probably within a month after CIC's declaration in April 28th, 2013. better check, then apply.

For the job description of NOC 0211, browse the CIC website to know exactly the job descriptions and your job extent then prepare the papers. Supervising in Bangladesh is not the sameway described in supervising engineers in Canada. Use exact connotation, proverbs and suffix to explain your exact job duty. Referencing is important, letters from supervisors, senior managers are important while establishing a case. I hope these helps. Cheers an maley Bari.

Few of my cousins got their applications rejected due to the huge number of applications, though they had their quotas left. You take your chance.
For all your questions I Have no Idea, as the whole process is totally different than ours. You can browse other forums for new applicants.
I think none of the forum mates has any clue on your questions. Please remember any wrong answer leads to serious consequences, and you are to
take the liability for that. So some one might also not feel comfortable answering your queries, which eventually might be a wrong one. Regards.

It is both. A booklet along with a plastic card. Costs around 2700 taka, takes 3-5 working days. But give 500 taka they give in a day. Requires, regular driving licence 2 passport, 2 stamp size pictures with national ID card photocopy, (probably) I forgot.

Hope you will get back your pp with visa soon. I'm eagarly waiting for your good news.

I have applied last week for Int'l driver's license. They charged Tk 2500 for two weeks delivery and Tk 3500 for one week delivery.

A small correction for everyone who are going to apply for license. The correct address is 3B (Not 38 )Outer circular road, Maghbazar, just opposite AGORA.

I have submitted my passport alongwith my family members to VFS Dhaka on July 14, 2013 which was received on July 17,2013 at SVO; now in the online its showing In process. I would request to all my forum mates can u tell me how long they take to return the passport i.e. duration time of Processing.
