hi just sent passport London CIC 2 week ago. heartily waiting passport back. ohh, how long does it take to get back plz

they say 5 working days. But ask them not to send it on your address through courier. Request them that you will collect hand in hand. Thats fasters and no chance of misplaced.
They never send to CIC, its our responsibility to send all the documents to CIC.

I submitted my explanation to CIC but they did not inform anything to me. So, I really dont know how long it will take.

No reply might be a good sign...also the strike effect and student visa pressure can be an Issue.
