Its not only " absorbed in the job market" its question about survive...In Canada need CAD 2000 per month for 3 person family. So after ensure to earn CAD 2000 per month by doing some short course you may start ur long term education. Actually I want some real life advice. For Short course & Long Course. Thanks

You need atleast CAD 1300 to 1400 a month to meet up all cost (house rent with hydro + food + transport +internet & mobile) for 3 to 4 members family. You will get CAD 400 approx. for each of the babies. If you have two babies, house rent can be financed from this allowence. You need to earn the balance CAD 500-600 just to survive. Our target should be not to exhaust the money we will be carrying from Bangladesh rather keep it intact for the uncertain future.

Just after landing one should not rush for taking admission in any college or university. Try to grab a job from the very first week. Hourly pay would be CAD 9.5 to 10.5 for survival job and try working for 40 hours a week .

After 3 months research and settleing down, one may decide which field to study !

My friend, xxxx, after finishing Supply Chain Mgt. Diploma is now working as a material coordinator in an engineering company and earning CAD 2000/month after tax where as, my friend's husband is driving TAXI in New York City during nigh time and earning USD 4000- 5000 a month. Another friend of mine did not like the taxi cab occupation, and opted to work in a hotel as a front desk officer and he is happy with USD 1960 a month after tax without taking any US degree (He has MBA Degree from DU, with Accounting major).

So, situation and circumstances will lead you the way ! Land in Canada , be prepared for the worst and be optimistic for the best.....success will be on your way ~

many suggest about doing a diploma or short course, just to get absorbed in the job market. but if you are brave enough, you can look higher.

Off course, getting a job is the first priority and study/education is the second priority.

My real life experience is they are hiring a lot of people now a days coz all the students has to go back to school. This is the best time to land. I have landed 12/12/12 and was frustrated at the beginning but i joined to "Staples" as a computer technician within 2 weeks of my arrival. so i wish you will find something out within a short while as well. best of luck to all.

Dear brothers, I applied for australia this year and having some output already.
Yesterday I got a mail from CO asking for 1)Police clearance 2)Health Report of me and my spouse by 28 days. Regarding police clearance , how long does it take in Bangladesh to get one? My current address is not mentioned in MRP passport but mentioned in National id card. My wife's current address not mentioned in voter id card or passport How to solve this issue. keu ki eta face korsen?

Congratulation ! I submitted our passports on 14th Jan , a day prior of yours. Good to know its showing DM in your ecas. What is VFS tracking show? Is it still showing ''under process'' or changed to something else?
