I did not find any time length for bank statement rather it is written in first page of PNWS that "submit all supporting documents (i.e. bank books, bank statement, etc.)". So what should I do? 6 month statements would be enough? Please reply.

No I think they send MR on 2nd AOR Basis.

Bank statement is required for last six months. It is clearly written on your medical request letter 2nd page (required documents) if they asked for your PNW. Read it carefully...and include all the statements (savings & FDR) for last six months

100% true..when they asked for updated doc of mine...they asked for last six months Debit & Credit transactions in the Bank Statement. If the amount held there for a longer period it's better to give them last six months bank statement. If you just shifted the amount then that might creat problem unless you have proper explanation....(where the money came from and whether you own the money or not)

I do not have any fixed asset, rather I have only cash in fixed deposit account and in savings account. In this circumstance, should I attach bank statement? If so, what should be the time length for the statements?

my advice will be bank statement (min 6 months) along with bank certificate is not only necessary rather it is a must since you mentioned you don't have fixed assets other than FDR and cash in SA

For me it took only 2 days and luckily, I got 5 years multiple visa ! Interview & doc. requirements were simpler compared to EU countries.

In general, If a person has a name starting with "Mohammad or a name close to middle east peoples names or close to any terrorist names " then they send those files for so called security check & FBI clearance which might take 3-4 months.

At the same time, at the port of entry in USA, they again keep those persons waiting for a long time (sometimes 3 /4 hours)...just on the plea of so called security check....which is really painful......they do it even with the migrated citizens ! My uncle and a friend are some instances who are already citizen...but they face the same troubles every time they go back to US.
