Not mandatory - I believe you got full point from your previous NOC, so it won't impact the file anyway. But I might mentioned this in the Schedule-1.

I really believe they will complete all the MR before december. As the new rule and new application will be starting soon. If i remember reading an article somewhere, where they have mentioned that all MR issue will be done by december.
I pray to allah, that everyone gets their MR soon. Plz enjoy Eid with full heart and meet everyone you can, you never know, next eid you and your family will be missing everyone from canada.

Another friend of mine received MR a couple of days ago. She applied in May '10. 2nd AOR in Mar '11. Date mentioned in her letter was 9th October. So all MI1 MR expectants plssssss have faith that your letter is either at your doorstep or on the way or in the dispatch of SVO waiting for the mailman to collect it.

Welcome our friend Bundoora,
So no body received MR prior to March 29,2012 from this forum. Only one Bangladeshi 2005 applicant received MR this year.

After sending CSI to Singapore visa office we received reply that our files are waiting to review by VO and will inform us later. Visa offices are asked to enter manually the updated information within 29th November so we may need to wait until that time. Possibility to receive MR from December onwards.
Better you ask for CAIPS note to see when your files were assessed with points scored, any documents missing or not.

Dear Badal ,
Thank you my friend for replying to my plea, you see Badal we are in a very precarious situation where we don’t know weather we coming or going!
Of course I did check CAIPS , and I was given 71 points but the sad part is, it also mentioned “case has been suspended due to OB442 “ , this is not just for me , there are quite number of applicants with me in Colombo. We want to hand over a petition to CHC , before that I wanted to find out about other nationals circumstances , I ‘m yet to find out a single case against any other national similar to ours ( bizarre circumstances).
Badal if you come across any information with regards to OB442 , please let me know , naturally it would strengthen our case, as we are pursing for justice.
