YOu fall in the transition phase as because after the chc dhaka closed, send them a case specific enquiry using the SVGO portal and ask them about status of your passport and also tell them that you need to make overseas visit for your office purpose so when can you expect the passport.

Dear mute_man,
Reached the clinic at around 10:45am & it took around an hour to complete the process as there were a bit rush (because today is Saturday). Following are the steps:
1. Collected Blood Sample (Children are not required to give blood).
2. Collected MR forms, two copies of photos of each, advised to put "tick" marks in the specified fields of the forms, took signatures at specified
places in the forms (for children the principal applicant need to sign).
3. Took weight and height measurement.
4. Checked for eyesight (only reading alphabets at a certain distance).
5. Checked blood pressure.
6. Did X-Ray of chest
7. Collected sample of urine.
8. Lastly met Dr. Wahab, he had a look and checked the lung condition (by stethoscope), took the money (Taka2000.00 for adult, Tk.1000.00 for
infant & Tk.3000.00 for courier) and told if there is any problem will let us know. That's all.

Thanks and best regards,
Dibakar

dear hexapath,

would you please mention your App file date and IP date?

Everyone in BD pays in CDN$. Just take your docs to any SCB branch and they will issue the DD for u.

thanks a lot. initially i assumed as its being processed in Singapore, SGD might work faster. But the SCB guys also don't know much about SGD payment. its new to them. so better play safer.

Hello Hexa path ,
yes you should make an appointment before you go for madical checkup. if you applied without spouse then that is the right amount but so far i saw in the request paper they mentioned which amount you should pay and also mentioned standard chartered Bank and i think better is gulshan branch.

some one says about to go along with documents to do a bank draft but most of the applicant went to do bank draft 2nd or 3rd time caise they dont know which documents they ask for , so i hope it help you and others ..

Here are the Documents list to do a bank draft:-

1. Original Passport with 1 set photocopy you and each of your family members.

2. Initial Application forms which you sent at canada photocopy

3.Original Medical Money Receipt (after completion of medical DMP would given to you ) with Photocopy.

4. Nikah nama Photocopy.

5. Marriage Certificate photocopy.

6.Original Bank draft Request page where shown dollar amount with photocopy.

thanks

OMG ....... that is huge docs needed for bank draft.
2 years ago i did bank draft (550 CAD, the initial application fee) from Dutch Bangla Bank and they didn't ask for all these.

things might have changed in 2 years
