temporary pause on new Federal Skilled Worker applications.(MI-5)
Application intake is expected to resume in January 2013
This pause will remain in place until further notice, allowing the Department to make progress on processing its existing inventory.

In short from the report:
1. For the next 6 months only 3 categories can apply:
`` The temporary pause on FSWP applications does not apply to candidates with offers of arranged employment or those applying under the PhD eligibility stream. The full set of Ministerial Instructions will be available online in the Canada Gazette tomorrow.``

2. A new category will be added ``creating a new Federal Skilled Trades Program;`` This category may be long awaited and discussed - people who do not have strong academic background but successful in businesses or having good experiences (mainly ``probasi``)

3. At the end hope that processing time will improve a lot.

So, I think u need not to be worried.

I shud give up on it now! It screws my mood all the time! they sent me some letter once upon a time...it's been history now...may be it was a love letter! : By the time it will reach me I'll tie the knot with someone else! :'(
