Alhamdulillah and Mashallah today i have got my Medical Request through postal mail . Pray for me, I wish and hope all pre juners will got MR soon.

helo friends, how r u? i know that everybody is very much worried with their own application status. but i want to discuss a matter with u ppl. and i want a solution from u. i know that the ppl of this forum will help me. ....on feb 2010 i submitted my application through a renowned immigration agent of bangladesh. according to the deal, it was said that the file number wont be given to me ever. as it was also be advertised from both the canadian immigration website and my lawyer regarding the complete processing time 6 to 9 months....i did not bother about the file number.

now I want to know to my friends ...that ....is there any other way to get my file number without concerning my lawyer?????? plz waiting for your answers. thanks

THAT IS WRONG.

CORRECT: Applicants still waiting for Medical and no Interview letter whatsoever could see SELDEC 1 on their CAIPS as reflected on the CAIPS image posted earlier. IMMCAT: SW1 INTERVIEW remarks were vacant for that applicant. Applicants selected for an Interview would find this on their CAIPS

"Advise PA that she is on our interview list"

That applicant does not have anything like that in his CAIPS report.

Recently passed Bill C-38 Gives the power to Minister Kenney to Return the (+/-) 300,000 Pre Feb 2008 applications those failed to pass the Selection Criteria. Read Qorax's Post.
