today postman drop a slip to my home that i have a letter from abroad. My status is still in process without any change. will collect the letter tomorrow.so so so worried ...

OH no dont u have the cell phone number of Mr post man? I hope that the letter must be the expected MR. Go ahead tomorrow in the very early morning...after saying all kinds of prayer to the GOD. hopefully u will get the MR tomorrow. and also dont forget to give a post in the forum after receiving the letter.

Dear friends, At last i got MR last evening. God relieved me a lot. Thanks to all of u. ur suggestions helped me a lot. Deba_Avik k besi mone porche. Now i feel few problems.

1. i ve changed my home recently & informed SGVO through CSI & i got my mail in new address. But for PCC, should i change our present address in passport???????

2. SGVO returned me photos but why??? anybody received like that??

3. Validity of my spouse's passport upto May'13. Should i do renew it?????? i think it's not my fault bcoz they spent more & more time to finalize this. needs friendly opinion pls.

4. Can i do "CHALAN" in any branch of Sonali Bank for PCC??

Dear All,

I got medical request from SGVO yesterday. They also requested to provide police clearance certificate. I want to get poilce clearance certificate as early as possible from DMP one stop service. However, in passport , my present address is not in Dhaka. So I would not be able to take one stop service. Can I change present address in my passport(Hand written Passport, NOT MRP), so that I can get police certificate soon. If yes, then do I need to inform SGP VISA OFFICE regarding this change in my passport.

Please help me out!

Since you had made delay in sending the full package, this must have some impact.
And since they have replied you that you are in the medical queue i don't see any reason to worry about.

And finally, i have observed only 3112 is getting MR from May 2010, may be 3112 is on their priority list.

Thanks for your reply. Actually, I waited till I get my final transcript and certificate from the university. I fond it on October, 2010. Thats why, I submitted my application to SGVO late.

Hope I will be the last person to receive MR. I also dont know how long it might take.

Donot take risk in changing, if police certificate gets late then thats not an issue, suddenly after getting MR if you want to change it will make them rethink. So better you take your time to submit the police clearance. If possible give some extra money to your concern areas police station so that they clear the papers asap.

I submitted my application in Feb, 2010 and got the MR in June, 2012. Did my medical examination a few days ago and now ready to send required additional information to Singapore but stuck with this confusing photograph instruction.

Ya. i did my medical from Dr. Wahab. no worry!!. ko. It will take near about 1hr-1:30. try to go there at evening around 4pm. Xray report ta bole dei good or bad, baki gula to instant bola jai na (e.g. blood etc).

UNLESS WE SEE YOUR LETTER OR YOU TYPE AS IT IS (OFF COURSE BY CHANGING YOUR CONFIDENTIAL CREDENTIALS), WE CANNOT SUGGEST YOU WHAT TYPE OF PHOTOGRAPH YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO SEND. HOWEVER, YOU CAN SEND BOTH THE TYPE OF PHOTOGRAPHS. I THINK, ONE SHOULD WRITE NAME OF THE PERSON IN THE PHOTOGRAPH ON THE BACK UPPER SIDE OF ONLY ONE COPY. SO DO IT FOR BOTH THE TYPES, AND IF YOU FEEL LIKE, YOU CAN SEND AN EXPLANATION SGVO FOR SENDING THE TWO TYPES OF PHOTOGRAPHS. IT WILL MERELY COST YOU SOME 1000.00 TAKA EXTRA AT MAX. I THINK, YOU CAN GO FOR IT.
