Please donot get frustrated, atleast we all here waited for more then 2 years and now have to wait few more month. the in process date which you got is a very positive sign because from my gcms note i get to know that on that day the visa officer take the decision for selection and eligibility and gives the decision to continue with the file or reject it. Since you are in process with april so like you all other applicant waiting for MR with inprocess is in the MR queue of SGVO. As i understand from the MR receiver that they prepare a packet with brown envelope with lots of document inside it, so practically it takes time to print and arrange such envelopes and they are not like bangali who will work day and night for their employer. So lets pray and wait till we get MR.
