dear gys, share u r experience during medical,
did the doctor asked to be naked ? if so , what they did wit u , please share so that we are mentally prepare for this ! see the following like.

No way man , Just at the X ray you may be put off your shirt only or If you have any metal things like wrist watch , chain etc, every things shuld be put off, thats it, no need to panic its an easy task, man just relax .

if u r old passport has enough time on it , advice u not to change it.
but if u r mad about to change it , then change it to machine readable and send it with a cover letter explaining the fact. but why u want to take the un necessary hassle. please tell us the reason , so that we can do the same, like u :

my exixsting passport ll expired on august 2013 . i still hv more thn an year in hand . bt i hv come to know people are getting problems in US or canada airports . tht is the main concern whether the old passport is ok or nt . if nt thn how shuould i change it and the whts the process......sud i go fr ths extra work ....

Amio tespoon er shathe akmot poshon korchi afsana ohetuk proshner shommukhin hote paren do you know i have face sticky in picture page though i didnt change it cause it has still 2013 validity , akhono govt ager passport chalu rekheche off kore daini so dont worry pple jache ashche problem hoche na ar canada gele PR card pele then ai passport nie ar tension korte hobe na , tachara jodi tobuo mone koren je korben at least tader i mean VO der decition nite den PP request er er age question mark obotirno na korai sreo (amar mote ).

There is still an option to renew handwritten passports and many are getting theirs renewed for another five years. As long as a passport is a valid one there should not be any problem anywhere.

Yes you are right. If anyone have more than yr valid passport than why should worry. Just wait & see. If needed, it will not be a problem to make newone later...

Why we are so worried about passport, all matters is the PR card, once you land in canada get your pr card and make a new passport from Canada thats it. Any changes in current passport will delay the immi process

Dont hide anything from doctor because in anyway through test they will find our problem inside you. Better disclose it and take his advise

Please let me know you got your MR only through snail mail ? Do you know where is their office because I have some change in my address and already inform my local postman. If snail is another postman then I will be in trouble.

Dear jamal:
Inform the SGVO immediately for change in adddress as they are very prompt in making changes. My one took a week.
Because if they ask you for pcc you cannot make it with new address so better inform them immediately.
