I don't agree people of this country don't know good english. How much IELTS score means good english? 7? I have seen many people with avg 7 points.

To ensure good english, canadian authority needs to filter points...better English will award better point...the current problem Canada is facing arises for their previous Immigration system mistakes. Previously they received many application where no IELTS required. During that time many people moved who are unable to communicate in their own mother tongue far away in English.

After introducing IELTS compolsury..they made their mistake amendment. So, its not the problem of their region people who can't speak English..rather it's the mistake of Canadian govt. those failed to choose the best people from this reigon because many people now get 7, 7.5 avg. score @ IELTS now a days.

They want more welders, Crane operators, Nuts and Bolts mechanics, Technicians, etc.
The problem is skillful people of from those NOC's in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh dont know good English and dont have the required academic certificates.

closure of Visa section in Dhaka indicates a lot of things. Seems like they are shifting their eyes from this part of the world.

Exactly ! Jnathan ! its an alarm for you , it will delay your processing time . :-X you know all worthless Bangladeshi ( in your word ) and worthless Malaysian people now in Singapore .
Actually , CIC donot know that Jnathan is under Singapore Visa Office or may be they do it intentionally .

Dear mzr , You know one thing all ex Russan and ex Yugoslav are very good in skilled work but they are not good in english not even can compare with Bangladeshi people . We are really proud what we are , i believe we will do better

forgave me if I'm wrong. I'm not gonna talk about any other country round this world. I will stick on Bangladesh. I don't know how you educated people are getting wrong concept about your country. people who apply for migration to us, canada, nz, au they all got minimum standard of English skills. that's the reason why they seat for IELTS exam and got scored at least 6.5 in every component. its not like you go to the grocery and buy a bunch of banana: people who scored that, they all had to go through with very tough competition round this world. did you get me??? 8) people from our country who ever got skilled they don't born with that. they had earn it. they went to school and gone through exam. once they passed, they got qualify. and don't forget English is our one of the mandatory module as well. which we couldn't ignore. I believe Bangladeshi people can speak English better then so many others.

guys I have been visited most of the country round Europe. I been England, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Switzerland, Finland, Belgium, Holland etc. I have seen people from those country can't even approach their self in English, part from British people. so I know very well what you talking about. I request all you please do not underestimate your own raise. we should proud where we are now. so many people from abroad coming to our country to get degree every year. if our education system is that much worst, that the way you treating, that won't possible.
